Choosing care for your child is a meaningful and personal decision. Our enrollment process is designed to be clear, supportive, and respectful of each family’s unique needs.

This page outlines what to expect as you explore enrollment with us.

We invite families to begin by scheduling a tour of one of our facilities. Touring allows you to:

• Meet our team
• See our learning environments
• Ask questions about daily care and routines
• Determine if our program is the right fit for your family
   

Tours are offered by appointment and are the best way to understand our approach to infant care.

After your tour, families who wish to move forward may join our waitlist.

Please note:

• Placement is not guaranteed
• Availability varies by age, schedule, and location 
• Our waitlist is not first-come-first serve, but best fit
   

Our team will contact families as openings become available.

When a space becomes available that matches your child’s age and schedule:

• You will be contacted directly 
• Enrollment details will be reviewed 
• Tuition, start dates, and required documentation will be confirmed
   

At this stage, families will receive a full enrollment packet (digital) and guidance through each step.

Once enrollment is offered, families will be asked to complete state-required forms, which may include:

• Child information and emergency contacts 
• Health and immunization records 
• Physician’s report and TB clearance (as applicable) 
• Licensing and consent forms
   

Our staff is available to assist with questions throughout this process.

Tuition rates and fee structures vary by age group and schedule.
