Tuition & Enrollment

At Rise & Shine Child Care Centers, we believe families deserve clear information when making one of the most important decisions for their child.

Our tuition reflects the high-quality infant and toddler care, low teacher-to-child ratios, experienced caregivers, nurturing routines, and individualized attention that children receive each day.

Because infant spaces are limited, we encourage families to review our tuition information before scheduling a tour. This helps families determine whether our program is the right fit for both their child and their budget.

Tuition Includes:

  • Low teacher-to-child ratios for increased individualized attention, responsive caregiving, and meaningful developmental support

Frequently Asked Questions

Please use our contact page if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Infants require significantly more individualized care and lower teacher-to-child ratios than older children. Our infant program is designed to provide responsive caregiving, individualized routines, developmental support, and a safe, nurturing environment during the most important years of growth and development.

As children grow and become more independent, state licensing regulations allow for different classroom ratios. This enables us to reduce tuition while continuing to provide the same high standards of care, safety, and developmental support.

Tuition includes diapers and wipes, formula for formula-fed infants, nutritious meals and snacks when developmentally appropriate, daily developmental activities, family communication through our parent app, age-appropriate learning materials, outdoor experiences, and individualized care from experienced infant and toddler educators.

Yes. Formula is included for formula-fed infants. Families who provide breastmilk are welcome to do so, and we support breastmilk storage and feeding routines.

Yes. Diapers and wipes are included for enrolled children.

At this time, we do not offer traditional half-day enrollment options. Our program is designed to provide children with consistent routines, relationships, and care throughout the day.

Yes. We currently offer 3-day, 4-day, and 4½-day enrollment options, subject to availability.

Families may use their enrolled days and hours in the way that best meets their needs. Your tuition reserves your child's space in the program, and you are welcome to utilize your scheduled days for any portion of our operating hours. Whether your child attends for a full day, partial day, arrives later, or leaves earlier, the schedule is yours to use as needed.

Our goal is to provide families with flexibility while maintaining the consistency and stability that young children need to thrive.

Yes. We proudly accept several child care assistance programs, including 4Cs, RCCS, and other approved funding sources.

Families receiving child care assistance are welcomed and valued members of our community. Eligibility for subsidies does not affect enrollment opportunities, waitlist placement, classroom assignment, or the quality of care provided. All children receive the same nurturing, high-quality experience, individualized attention, and developmental support regardless of their family's funding source.

Infant spaces are limited and availability changes throughout the year. We encourage families to contact us as early as possible to discuss current openings and upcoming enrollment opportunities.

Yes, but because infant and toddler enrollment is based on age groups, classroom ratios, available schedules, and the needs of currently enrolled families, our waitlist is not operated on a strict first-come, first-served basis.

When openings become available, we consider several factors, including the child's age, requested schedule, classroom availability, and overall enrollment balance within the program. This approach allows us to maintain appropriate ratios, meet licensing requirements, and provide the highest quality care for all children.

As a result, families who join the waitlist later may occasionally be offered placement before families who joined earlier if their child's age or schedule is a better match for a specific opening.

Tuition is billed monthly and is due on the first day of each month.

We accept checks, cash, ProCare payments, Venmo, Apple Pay, and approved third-party funding sources.

Your tuition reserves your child's space in our program and allows us to maintain consistent staffing, classroom ratios, and high-quality care. Because staffing and operational costs remain the same regardless of attendance, tuition is based on enrollment rather than daily attendance.

Tuition reserves your child's enrolled space and is not based on attendance. For this reason, refunds or credits are not provided for absences, vacations, holidays, or illness.

Rise & Shine specializes exclusively in the care and development of infants and toddlers. Our focus on low ratios, relationship-based caregiving, individualized routines, experienced educators, and developmentally appropriate practices creates an environment where children are safe, loved, learning, and thriving every day.

Yes. A tour is a required step in our enrollment process.

We believe choosing child care is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we want every family to have the opportunity to visit our program before making that commitment. During your tour, you explore our classrooms, learn about our approach to infant and toddler care, review program policies, and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Tours also help us ensure that Rise & Shine is the right fit for your child's needs and your family's expectations before enrollment is finalized.
