We understand that choosing care for your child is an important decision. Our waitlist process is designed to be clear, respectful, and transparent while ensuring compliance with California Community Care Licensing (Title 22) requirements.

This page explains how our waitlist works and what families can expect.

Families who are interested in enrollment are encouraged to join our waitlist either before or after scheduling a tour.

Joining the waitlist allows us to contact you when a space becomes available that matches your child’s age and schedule.

• Families submit a waitlist request through our online form 
• Waitlist placement is based on multiple factors, including: 
  • Child’s age 
  • Desired schedule 
  • Program and location availability 
  • Licensing capacity and staffing ratios
     
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee placement
   

When a space becomes available, families whose needs match the opening will be contacted directly.

Please note:

• Spaces cannot be held without an enrollment offer and completed documentation 
• Availability may change due to staffing, licensing, or operational requirements 
• Families may be contacted periodically to confirm continued interest 
• Families who do not respond may be removed from the active waitlist

If an appropriate opening becomes available:

• You will be contacted by our enrollment team 
• Enrollment details, tuition, and start dates will be reviewed 
• A formal enrollment offer will be extended if all criteria are met
   

Enrollment is finalized only after acceptance of the offer and completion of required forms.
