Sara is the mother of Ada (nearly 5 yrs old) and Lev (16 months old). Rise and Shine was her family’s first childcare experience which left such a positive impression that they wanted their second child to have the rich attention and opportunities at Rise and Shine too.
Sara is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, employed part-time
Sara is the mother of Ada (nearly 5 yrs old) and Lev (16 months old). Rise and Shine was her family’s first childcare experience which left such a positive impression that they wanted their second child to have the rich attention and opportunities at Rise and Shine too.
Sara is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, employed part-time at Kaiser’s child and adolescent mental health department.
She loves spending time with family, drawing and making art, reading books, dancing and swimming. She has lived in Santa Rosa since 2016 and is so grateful for the communities that she is involved with.

Kristinae is a married, working mother of a 3-year old and 16-month old daughter.
She works for the City of Santa Rosa as a planner, reviewing entitlement permits.
Kristinae grew up in Santa Rosa from middle school through high school and returned 5 years ago to be closer to her parents and because it's a great place to raise a family. Santa Rosa feels like home.

Melissa is Rose (RoRo)'s mama.
She has two amazing jobs - being Ro's sole parent and leading a people operations team for a tech company called Block Inc.
Melissa grew up on the Bay Area Peninsula and has been a Santa Rosa resident for the last three years.
She is looking forward to being a part of this engagement group... and working tog

Melanie is a Santa Rosa native and proud Montgomery High School alum (go Vikings!). She grew up as the oldest of 7 and is blessed to be close with all of her siblings to this day.
For college, she ventured to the SF Bay Area, picking up the sport of rugby along the way. In 2014, she backpacked over 2000 miles from Mexico to Canada along t
Melanie is a Santa Rosa native and proud Montgomery High School alum (go Vikings!). She grew up as the oldest of 7 and is blessed to be close with all of her siblings to this day.
For college, she ventured to the SF Bay Area, picking up the sport of rugby along the way. In 2014, she backpacked over 2000 miles from Mexico to Canada along the Pacific Crest Trail in pursuit of a lifelong dream.
Fate led her to the snowy landscapes of the Eastern Sierra, where she met her husband while working at a ski area. Together, they moved back to Sonoma County and started their family.
They have two beautiful children, who both have attended Rise and Shine. Professionally, Melanie contributes to reshaping the homebuilding industry through tech. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and treasuring moments with her family.
She would love to connect with other parents in the community! Whether it's for a chat, a playdate for the kids, or just to say hello. She's looking forward to meeting you!
