Rise and Shine Child Care Centers &

Family Services Agency accepts many forms of payment.

If your preferred option isn't listed, please contact us for assistance.

Some options include:

• Parent portal (ACH)
• Venmo
• 4Cs or other approved funding agency

Tuition is based on enrollment not attendance for 47 weeks* per year.  

This means payment is due in full according to contract, regardless of days in attendance and/or services provided, including sick, holidays and vacations. 

*Our agency is closed a total of 5 weeks:

1. Winter Break
2. Spring Break
3. Summer Break
4. Thanksgiving Week
5. Christmas

Families are not charged for these closures.  Rather, our weekly rate is divided by 12 equal monthly payments.

Rise and Shine Child Care Centers & Family Services Agency maintain very low student/teacher ratios—typically 3:1 and often 2:1.

Our rates include added quality benefits such as diapering service, which provides diapers, wipes, and ointment at no extra cost while children are in attendance.

Our nutrition program supports the wellness, health, and development of all enrolled children.

In addition to high-quality infant care, Rise and Shine provides comprehensive support services for families and the community. 

Our child development specialist conducts ongoing observations and assessments to ensure each child’s developmental needs are met, and we collaborate closely with families to offer individualized strategies for growth and learning. 

We offer scheduled parent conferences to review developmental milestones, discuss progress, and collaborate on approaches to support children both at home and in our program. 

Rise and Shine offer community-based trainings in Infant, Child, and Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED, ensuring that families and community members gain essential lifesaving skills. 

Additional fees apply.

Rise and Shine offer free parent classes for enrolled families on topics such as infant and toddler nutrition, positive discipline, developmentally appropriate practices, and additional subjects requested by parents. 

A participation fee applies for parents whose child is not enrolled at Rise and Shine. 

• Baby Clothing Closet – Open by appointment for families needing baby essentials.
• Baby Clothing Exchange – Held twice per year, offering families an opportunity to donate, exchange, or pick up gently used baby items.

This one-time only fee is required after your child has been accepted into our program.  

This is an annual fee and is pro-rated based on first day of attendance and due every July thereafter. 

This fee is associated with insurance, enrollment process, client file, supplies necessary for newly enrolled child and reserving available space if required.

This fee is also associated with our staff retention program to ensure continuity and stability for your child.

This fee guarantees continuous enrollment until the day before your child's second birthday.

Per minute for any time prior to 8:30 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m.

Account will be billed a per day rate for late payment.

After two returned checks future payments must be made in cash.
